ATG – Intelligent Glove Solutions (Formally John Ward Ceylon – JWC) is one of the world's leading manufacturer's of industrial work gloves for a variety of applications. Established in 1992 in the island of Sri Lanka, specializing in the production of supported glove work gloves, with sales in over 40 counties and a market leader in super light foam coated seamless gloves. An independent business with over 900 personnel, JWC only sells and markets the products it manufactures in its 15,000 square meter facility in the Export Free Trade Zone near to the International Airport at Katunayake.

The Beira Group, established in 1893, is a leading, flexible supplier of unprocessed, semi processed and processed products to the sanitary maintenance industry worldwide.

CBL is running the Biostation fingerprint system throughout their factory in Ranala, for time & attendance purposes.

EAM MALIBAN TEXTILES GROUP

The EAM Maliban Group focuses exclusively on woven garments manufacturing and complete garment wet processing solutions.

EAM Maliban Group is now one of the largest apparel manufacturing and wet processing specialists in Sri Lanka. With a strong network that spreads over 13 locations in Sri Lanka and Jordan, the group has over 8,000 employees.

Cenmetrix has been contracted to install fingerprint attendance and access control systems for the group head office. The Cenmetrix system has already been implemented and running in the groups other factories.

GRAPHIC SYSTEMS

Graphic Systems are experts in scanning, digital cameras, LCD display monitors, USB pen drives, Storage devises, media cards and colour correction systems. Graphic Systems provide IT related support and management software for the printing and graphic media industry.

Graphic System installed a wireless (wi-fi) Biostation finger scanner at their printing office. The wireless fingerprint system is used for attendance monitoring purposes. The wireless fingerprint unit reduces the costs of setting up network cables.

Cenmetrix transformed Singha Cement from an out dated manual system to a hi-tech fingerprint time attendance system for their work staff.

The Tea Bags Department is part of the Jafferjee Brothers Group.

Indo Lanka Gratings (Pvt)Ltd is a subsidiary company of the Kundanmal Group. Kundanmal Group is a diversified company – garments, electronics etc.. Indo Lanka Gratings are the manufactures of fusion welded gratings and high tech fabricators, bridge touching and steel fabricators.

Indo Lanka Gratings is running a Cenmetrix Biostation fingerprint based time and attendance system at their factory in Horana.

LANKA TILES

Lanka Tiles Limited (LTL), the pioneer floor tile producer in Sri Lanka , was incorporated in 1984 with the manufacture of Ceramic Glazed Floor Tiles as it's core business. Lanka Tiles is a subsidiary of the Lanka Walltile Limited, which is itself a subsidiary of the Lanka Ceramic Limited (LCL) Group.

Lanka Tiles Limited entrusted Cenmetrix to fingerprint access control their main server room at their head office.

Lanka Ceramics have also installed fingerprint scanners for attendance for their factory staff at Ranala and Rajagiriya.

McCALLUM

The McCallum group of companies a fully own Sri lankan business entity was founded by late U K Edmund. The groups’ first major industrial venture begins in 1963 with the establishment of Mc callum breweries, the only brewery in Sri Lanka to produce specialized beers. Spreading into new avenue the group bought over Mount Lavinia Hotel in 1975, which was originally built as the weekend residence of the British colonial governor over a century ago.Other companies that come under the group are, McCallums Nurseries; McCallums Cargo Pvt Limited; McCallums Shipping Pvt Ltd; McCallums Exports Pvt Ltd; Rusirimal Pvt Ltd; and McCallums Books Pvt Ltd & McCallums Press Ltd.

McCallum installed Cenmetrix Bioentry plus capacitive based Fingerprint readers at their head office and nurseries. The capacitive based finger scanners are able to ready oily, dusty and greasy fingers better than optical reader technology.

Maruchi Auto, is a car parts and repair workshop based in Nugegoda. With a staff capacity of approximately ten, Maruchi Auto justified the need of installing a fingerprint attendance system.

Melbourne Textile Wet Processing Plant

Melbourne Textile Wet Processing Plant is a wet & dry processing unit, which is a part of the renowned EAM Maliban Group of Companies - one of Sri Lanka's pioneers & largest in the garment industry with over 3 decades of experience.

Ultratech Cement Sri Lanka

Ultratech Cenment Sri Lanka is a subsidiary of UltraTech Cement Limited and part of the Aditya Birla Group of India. UltraTech Cement Limited has an annual capacity of 18.2 million tonnes. Cenmetrix was contracted to supply a complete time & attendance solution for the Ultratech Cement Terminal in Sri Lanka. A state of the art biometric finger scanning based time recorder was installed, with a complex roster based time attendance software to calculate OT, leave, absentees, etc. This information is fed into a database which outputs useful management information reports on their employees.
