Using the CenAttendance web based leave approval module, the employee/ user is able to check their leave balance, attendance history and apply for leave.
Once the employee applies for leave online, an email notification is generated to the Administrator, who can choose to approve/ disapprove of the leave. A confirmation of this is then sent to the User. The Administrator can also view the employee's attendance history and leave balances prior to approval.
If the leave approval is granted, the employee leave balance is updated accordingly.
This module can be integrated into the CenAttendance Desktop component as well as to Suprema Biostar Software given with the hardware purchase. This software can be customized to user preference.
