SFM5500 Series features Suprema Algorithm, world’s most reliable fingerprint algorithm that has won Fingerprint Verification Competition (FVC) in both 2004 and 2006. It offers security and reliability like no other.

Powerful DSP rated at 533Mhz provides ample processing power to the module, giving it improved enrollment and identification speed.

SFM5500 Series features quick-boot for Fast power on time, Serial interface with simple protocol, and user configurable I/O and LED control to maximize potential of the module to its fullest.

SFM5500 Series offers number of different interfaces for integration options. The interfaces ranges Wiegand input/output, RS232, RS422, and RS485. The module also provides auxiliary communication interface for additional devices.
